General

When you click the "Place your order" button, we'll send you an email message acknowledging receipt of your order. You’ll receive a further email confirming the dispatch date of the order.

All artwork is dispatched by recorded delivery. Shipping durations vary according to your location and other conditions such as customs, weather delays etc. Items should arrive within 2-3 weeks of your order.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Privacy Policy

Payment is via PayPal. PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions.

Information you provide to us through the ordering and contact processes will only be used as follows:

To keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress.
To contact you if there are any issues.
For the shipping agents who will be delivering your order.
We may use the information to improve our products and services.
We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting, using the email address you have provided.

By submitting information, you acknowledge that details will be used in this way but may request at any time that your details are removed from our system.

Any personal data collected through this website will be treated as confidential in line with the principles of the Data Protection Act 2018 and for our exclusive use only – we will not sell, distribute or lease personal information to third parties.

Returns & Refunds

We operate a Returns Policy in accordance with United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

All goods are dispatched by recorded delivery. You can cancel your order up to 21 days after the order is delivered. You then have another 14 days to return the goods, after we have been informed.

A refund for goods and outbound shipping charges, will be made upon their return in an undamaged condition. Please note that we do not reimburse return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

Please contact me, by email, about lost or damaged items. If the goods are damaged a replacement or full refund will be offered, including postage charges, following submission of photographic evidence of the damage and return of the goods concerned.
